ABOUT CARRIE
Carrie is passionate about building strong, authentic connections with clients and their families. She takes a warm, collaborative approach to therapy and assessment, working alongside people to deepen their understanding of themselves and feel more empowered in their lives.
Carrie is dedicated to supporting neurodivergent individuals and believes in celebrating unique strengths while navigating challenges with care and curiosity. Her work is grounded in compassion, evidence-based practice such as Cognitive
Behaviour Therapy, Dialectal Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Interpersonal Therapy and Solution-Focussed approaches. She believes that growth happens when people feel safe, understood, and respected.

Carrie studied at La Trobe University and holds a First Class Honours in Psychological Science and a Master of Professional Psychology. She is registered with the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPi).
